​Do you offer video telehealth visits?Yes! We request you have an updated weight with each visit. Our video visits are conducted through the Spruce Health Platform making it simple for you to step away from work and a busy schedule for your appointment without the hassle of driving to the clinic.

Do you accept health insurance?At Nudge Fit, we do not accept health insurance. Too often insurance creates significant barriers which affect the high quality of care we provide our patients to succeed and maintain weight loss. Patients may use their insurance to cover lab costs if they elect to do so.

Do I have to pay for a membership to join Nudge Fit?We welcome all without the commitment of a membership. We allow customers to order their medication from our Nudge Fit store based on your preference. All orders are approved by the provider.

What if I have questions after my visit?We have simplified the process to reach us with questions and/or concerns. You can send us a secure text message anytime at 316-766-6773. We try our best to respond to messages within 24 hours. We appreciate your patience.

​How long does shipping take?Shipping may take 10 -14 business days.

Should I notify my general practitioner about taking weight loss medication?YES! We ask all our patients to keep their general practitioners and/or any specialists involved in your healthcare. We can send visit notes to your general practitioner after signing a release of information.

How often are labs required for weight loss treatment?Intake consultation requires blood work within the past 3 months. If there are no labs at the time of intake consultation, our provider can write you a lab order to be drawn within 30 days of starting treatment. Labs are required every 3 - 6 months throughout duration of treatment.

Can my general practitioner check my labs? If so, what labs need to be checked?Absolutely! We request at a minimum checking a CBC with differential, Comprehensive Metabolic Panel, HgbA1c, TSH, and Lipid Panel.
